  • What is your maximum tour capacity?

Our maximum capacity is 13 passengers. We can accomodate a maximum of 2 wheelchairs, with reduced seating of 9 (11 in total).

  • Where does the tour start from?

The tour centrally departs from the Beverly Depot Train Station. We have timed our tours around the train arrival and departure schedule. Accomodations can be made for private tours, please contact us directly.

  • Can we bring people under the age of 21?

Not currently; we are looking into an under 21 liability waiver and hope to allow for this in the future.

  • What is North Shore Brewery Tour's notice window if you cancel the tour?

For public tours: We have a minimum of five bookings required for the tour to operate. If we do not have at at least 5 bookings, we will provide a cancellation notice 24 hours ahead of the scheduled tour start. In the event we need to cancel (for weather, unforeseen events, illness, etc.), we will provide a full refund to the guest or help to reschedule for another day.

For private tours: In the event we are unable to provide the tour (for weather, unforeseen events, illness, etc.) will we provide a 24 hour cancellation notice and work with the group to either reschedule or provide a full refund.

  • What if I (as the guest) need to cancel?

We request a 24 hour notice of cancellation and we will provide a full refund or work with you to reschedule. If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the tour start, we will refund 50% of the ticketed price. Any "no shows" will be charged the full ticketed price.

  • Do you allow pets?

Unfortunately not, not all of our partners are pet friendly establishments. As such, we cannot promise that pets will be allowed on the tour.

  • Can I purchase a non-drinker ticket?

Yes, the ticket will include a non-alcoholic drink option at each location and is reduced in price to remove the cost of the tastings.

  • Can we drink alcohol on the bus?

No, we do not have a license that permits drinking while on the bus. However, we will have delicious alcohol at each stop on our trip.

  • Can I smoke on the bus or during the tour?

No smoking is allowed on the bus or during the tour. In order to create the best experience for all of our guests, we would like all to refrain from smoking until after the tour.

  • Do you have gluten-free tours?

For private tours: Yes, we are able to customize the stops to include breweries that contain gluten-free or gluten-reduced alcoholic options. Please contact us directly for more information and scheduling. We ask for at least three weeks notice in order to coordinate with the breweries.

For public tours: No, in order to allow for the best experience for all customers, we do not want to restrict the available breweries for the tour.

  • Are you wheelchair accessible?

For private tours: Yes, we are able to accommodate wheelchairs on the tours. The bus is fitted with a wheelchair lift. Please contact us directly for more information and scheduling.

For public tours: Unfortunately no, in order to keep to our time schedule with the MBTA commuter rails we will not be able to accommodate.
